&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="color: red; font-family: 'Courier New', Courier, monospace; font-size: large;"&gt;&lt;b&gt;&amp;nbsp; Pentru a imbunatati respiratia si conditia fizica,prietenul meu alegea mereu tehnici de incalzire(lovirea cu pumnul si cu piciorul) pentru a spori rezistenta.Antrenamentul consta in 4 runde(2 pentru maini si 2 pentru picioare)apoi adaugam si scheme sau maream rundele.&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="color: red; font-family: 'Courier New', Courier, monospace; font-size: large;"&gt;&lt;b&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Tehnicile de lovit cu pumnul si cu piciorul le executam la putere maxima astfel simti cum creste respiratia,acesta fiind momentul arderii grasimilor.E mai bine sa faci asta cu un partener care are hitters,acestea fiind potrivite pentru pumni si lovituri de picioare.&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
